IU COVID-19 hub

Indiana University's COVID-19 website began as a hub for important updates for students and faculty as the University migrated to online learning in 2020. It grew to a subsite of IU.edu that provides information on testing, masking, vaccines, and a live dashboard of cases among IU's population.

The website routinely communicated critical information to students, faculty, and staff, resulting in better compliance with university policies and fewer inquiries to the contact center.

I oversaw several iterations of the covid.iu.edu website at different stages of the pandemic, from an emergency website hastily put online in March of 2020, to the integrated hub that was a part of IU.edu. This critical and fluid subsite significantly impacted numerous stakeholders across and beyond the University, including City of Bloomington government operations and community residents.
