I architected and launched IU’s COVID-19 platform within days of the pandemic’s onset — a central information hub used daily by 90,000+ students, faculty, and staff across nine campuses.

The platform featured a custom dashboard tracking daily case counts and isolation housing capacity in near real-time, and evolved through near-daily updates for over a year as pandemic policy changed. I coordinated across university leadership, public health officials, and engineering teams to keep critical information accurate under sustained pressure.

The platform reduced inbound support requests and extended its reach to the City of Bloomington government and surrounding community.
