I led the transformation of the IU Mobile app from a limited web-view experience into a fully featured native application.

We used a user-centered approach, conducting interviews and validating features through testing. A major challenge was integrating numerous disparate backend systems into a unified mobile experience, requiring coordination across multiple engineering teams.

The result was a significantly more useful and cohesive product that improved student access to essential services.
